How long until my lamp arrives? +
Every lamp is made to order (yes, just for you) so give us about 5 – 7 days to make it, then 3 – 7 days shipping depending on where you live in Europe.
What's it made of? +
PLA — a plant-based material that's lightweight, smooth, durable, and kind to the planet. Looks and feels way more premium than you'd expect.
Do you ship internationally? +
We ship across Europe and the UK. We're working on expanding to more countries soon!
Can I change or return my lamp? +
Since every lamp is made to order just for you, we can't accept returns. But if something arrives damaged, we'll make it right — just reach out within 14 days.
What kind of bulb do I need? +
E27 LED bulb only. Please don't use incandescent or halogen — they generate too much heat for PLA. A warm white LED gives the best glow.
