Every Setalú lamp ships from Barcelona, Spain.

When it ships

We make and pack your lamp in 3-5 business days. You get a tracking link by email when it leaves.

Delivery times after dispatch

• Europe and the UK: 5-7 business days
• US and Canada: 7-10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10-15 business days

These are estimates. Carriers and customs can add a few days.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders from €79, so every Nubo ships free. Below €79, the checkout shows the cost for your address.

Duties

Outside the EU, including the UK, local import duties and taxes may apply. The carrier collects them, and they are not included in our prices.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your lamp, unused and in its original box. EU customers also have the 14-day legal right of withdrawal. Read the full refund policy or write to us from the contact page.
