What are Setalú lamps made of?

Each lamp is 3D printed using a high-quality bio-based material from renewable resources. It's lightweight, durable, and carefully chosen to reduce environmental impact, all while keeping each piece vibrant and full of character. Every lamp is then finished by hand, so no two are exactly alike. Each one is subtly unique, just like the colors you choose.
What does my order include?

Your order includes:

  • The lamp itself
  • A cable with plug

You can choose between EU, US, or UK plug types at checkout to fit your space perfectly.

Bulb not included. We recommend a warm white LED bulb (2700K–3000K) with an E27 socket to make the colors pop. Avoid incandescent or halogen bulbs, as they generate too much heat.
What are the dimensions?

Each lamp is approximately 25 × 25 × 25 cm and weighs around 300g. Exact dimensions vary slightly by model. You'll find the specific measurements on each product page.
Can I choose my own colors?

Yes! Setalú lamps are all about color and self-expression. You can pick your favorite combination from our palette of 8 colors on the product page. Choose your base color and shade color to create a lamp that feels personal and joyful in your space.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Each lamp is made to order, so production takes 3–5 business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Europe: 5–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your lamp is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or local carriers.
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship from Spain to anywhere in the world. Shipping is free on orders of €79 or more. For orders outside the EU, please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your lamp, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

If you're in the EU, you also have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. To start a return, contact us at setalu.studio@gmail.com.

What if my lamp arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We'll do everything we can to make it right:

  1. Repair the lamp
  2. Replace it
  3. Or refund your order if neither is possible

If the item is defective or damaged, we'll cover the return shipping costs. Our goal is simple: to make it right and keep your space full of color. 🌈
How do I clean my lamp?

Simply wipe it gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners, alcohol, solvents, or abrasive materials, as they may damage the surface or affect the color. Keep it away from direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve its vibrancy.
Can I use my lamp outdoors?

Setalú lamps are designed for indoor use only. The bio-based material is not weather-resistant and should be kept away from rain, humidity, and extreme temperatures.
Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet, but it's coming soon! In the meantime, every lamp arrives carefully packaged and ready to bring some color joy to whoever opens it. ✨
Will there be new colors?

Yes! We're always working on new colors and limited edition drops. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when new colors land. If there's a color you'd love to see, we'd genuinely love to hear about it, drop us a message! 🎨
