Questions about Setalú lamps

How big are the lamps?

Nubo is 21 cm wide and 21 cm tall. Luma is 15 cm wide and 22 cm tall. On a shelf, Nubo needs about 21 cm of depth.

Is a bulb included?

An E27 warm white LED bulb comes in the box.

Nubo and Luma take E27 LED bulbs. LED bulbs stay cool, so use LED only.

Does the light change with the color?

No. The shade is warm white on every lamp, so the light is always soft and warm. The color is in the base and the cable.

What if the color looks different at home?

Screens show colors a little differently. If it isn't right, you can return the lamp within 30 days.

What is the cable like?

2 m of braided fabric in the color of the base, with a small white on/off switch. It leaves from the back of the base.

Can I dim it?

No. Each lamp has an on/off switch on the cable and no dimmer.

Which plug will I get?

EU, UK or US. We pick it from your location, and you can change it on the product page.

When will it arrive?

We ship in 3-5 business days. Delivery then takes 5-7 business days to Europe and the UK, 7-10 to the US and Canada, and 10-15 to the rest of the world.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders from €79, so every Nubo ships free. A Luma on its own pays shipping, shown at checkout. Outside the EU, duties may apply.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days. In the EU you also have the 14-day legal right of withdrawal. Write to us from the contact page to start a return.

Is it handmade or 3D printed?

Both. We 3D print the shade and the base in Barcelona from plant-based PLA, then finish and assemble each lamp by hand.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout and add a gift note in the cart. Choose the plug for the country where they live. The lamp ships in its own box.
